What was the highlight of Le Jardin d'EDEN "réservé aux couples"
A decent sized room in a good location. However let down by the lack of some basic facilities.
Very central location. Airconditioning was effective and quiet. Balcony was nice.
The room did not have some very basic facilities like an iron, a hairdryer, decent coffee machine and the kettle as well as the light in the toilet was not working. Upon reporting all of this to the staff we managed to eventually obtain a new kettle and a hair dryer. The other facilities remained non-existent or not working. Locally provided broadband was also very slow an unreliable.

Very enjoyable, will be returning in September but not via Booking.Com unless this is sorted.
Visited this property previously, so was aware of what it offered.
On arrival the managing agents advised me the room had not been paid for by Booking . Com, after a while they agreed it had been paid. The following day a note was stuck to my front entrance door advising me i needed to pay the local tax of 61.60 euros, trying to advise them it was included on my booking confirmation print out,not agreeing was pressured into paying this extra money.Have tried speaking to yourselves on this as your price confirmation states taxes included,so not happy with this. Been to this resort 15 times before and never had this when booking with others.

The hotel was under renovation and no body stayed there, only us !!!!
The hotel was under renovation and no body stayed there, only us !!!! We don’t know why the owner opened the reservation in this hotel and it was not ready for anything !!!
